Managing Director
Eugene Crilly
Eugene is a highly experienced fourth-generation Civil engineering company Director. He is at the forefront of all our operations and is adept at providing value engineering solutions to technical processes. You will encounter Eugene as the first person on-site taking the bull by the horns.
Eugene's hands-on no-nonsense approach is very popular with our key clients.
Contracts Manager
Patrick O'Connell
Patrick is a results-driven senior manager. He has a dynamic history in Construction & Civil Engineering. Patrick has scaled the ranks from the ground up and has served the civil engineering industry for 20 years across three continents. He leads on compliance, pre-construction, and SHEQ. He feeds that to our commercial and operational teams.
Patrick is the first point of contact for our Employees, Clients, and Stakeholders.

Donna Crilly
Donna is an efficient, reliable asset to our company. She is responsible for the day-to-day administration of all incoming and outgoing documents essential to the running of the company.
Donna is passionate about new and improved systems of administrating and is upgrading our traditional paper-dependent systems to new paperless software.

Our estimating department is proficient in value engineering solutions whilst maintaining the integrity and quality our customers desire.
Bulk Earthworks & Remediation
We can deliver remediation and reuse packages, and bulk earthworks incorporating the most modern GPS modeling equipment and software.
We provide these solutions using our in-house Engineering department.
Concrete substructures
Our in-house formwork and concrete finishing teams have completed a wide range of substructural installations such as basements, raft foundation slabs, retaining walls, and large diameter drainage installations.
Speed and quality are our trademarks.
Roads & Sewers
We construct spine roads and access roads to adoptable standards. Our drainage installations are aligned with Sewers for adoption 7. We have installed drainage for United Utilities, Yorkshire Water, and Welsh water to name a few. Our highly-skilled, pipe laying teams are suitably trained for all levels of confined spaces working.
External works
Our loyal multi-skilled direct workforce can turn around the external works packages in a timely cost-effective manner to suit all budgets.
Quality is key to the external finishes as these can be the "welcome mat" to your project. We understand this, that is why quality is at the forefront of our finishing teams.
Engineering & Construction management
Our in-house engineering team can provide up-to-date as-built information using the latest software. This has proven to significantly improve decision-making and mitigate downtime on projects which could have an adverse effect on your programme.
